Very clean and well kept facility. August was very friendly and helpful throughout the process of selecting our storage. Would highly recommend. I also like that they are one of the few storage areas that allows customers to access to their storage up to 9 or 10pm.

What a quality Buisness run by true quality people here at Tradition Self Storage on Crosstown Rd. Port St Lucie! Lori and the Manager Kei are so amazing and make the process of moving in so smooth for starters. They have been consistent and reliable in everyday which is very important and can be a rare quality so this has been a peaceful, positive, confident, assuring experience and I recommend highly this location and buisness confidently! This staff is such a breath of fresh air as well as the after hours Custer service staff. Very professional business with pride in what they do treating customers with such respect all around. I recently rented a unit at this location. They are so friendly and helpful! I wasn’t sure of what size I needed without being able to visually see them and the office lady took me all around to see the different sizes. Facility is open for extended hours and it is very clean!

I had the best service at Extra Space Storage Center. I’ve been with them for about two years and 3 different units now and everytime I’ve needed to change units it was no problem. Once do to weather my unit got flooded, yes I had insurance and Extra Space paid me very quickly and very well for my damaged items. There’s no problems there. My service with Carrie at the desk has been amazing. She has been helpful in everything I’ve needed and even helped in helping get something’s in my unit and crawling under my unit door when the door got stuck on something. Now I call that way and above helpful. So if you was to To rent a storage unit go to the Sebring Fl store and you’ll get treated very well by Carrie Also the units are always the right temperature. So that’s very cool. One cool thing I like is when you go in at night all the lights start coming on as you walk in like you have power. It just makes you want to hold your arms up in the air like you’re going to belt out a big song. LOL ?? Just fun stuff while I’m there. LOL Seriously it’s a great place to get a storage unit. Your things are safe , like they’d be in your own home.
