Great spot great services!

5 stars--genuinely one of the better storage places I’ve used; Clean units, solid security (cameras, gated access, and staff that actually pay attention). Pricing is fair for the size and location, and the process of moving stuff in was straightforward. If you need reliable storage that doesn’t feel like a gamble, this one’s worth it.

John was wonderful, he made the process of getting a unit simple to understand and convenient. Its nice to have a clean home again.

Simone was awesome to deal with. She was helpful, kind and was willing to show me multiple units to help me figure out what size was best for my needs. Shoutout to Melinda to whom I spoke with initially for info.

Staff were exceptionally kind and professional. As we moved to Ft Myers, there were many facilities but this staff and the cleanliness of the facility and convenience were exactly what our family desired.

Not only did she take her time explaining the entire storage rental process, facility options, and safety tips, but she also truly listened to me. Shelby took the time to hear my personal story, offered genuinely encouraging words, and made me feel like I wasn't alone in the challenges I was facing. Knowing that others go through similar things and hearing her motivation really gave me the boost I needed to hang in there. She is an absolute professional—super knowledgeable, an incredible multitasker, and got me in and out smoothly without ever making me feel rushed. Go see Josh right now and keep your stuff here your welcome. As most only read the first part, but here is our story. We had some crazy movers who tried to double our price and they took the keys and threatened to go back to storage and take all of our stuff and hold it until we paid (triton moving fyi) and so I called like 10 minutes before the office closed and got Josh. He sprung into action and locked out the units and changed the gate codes and waited for me to arrive, which I was only about 5 minutes. When I showed up he stayed late to make sure my families stuff was safe. We drilled the locks and put new locks on and got us all set. WOW what service.... but it didnt end there. When I had a different moving company come out and took everything out and to the house I all of a sudden got notice that we were all checked out....uh what. So I called and Josh answered and said that he had communicated with the movers and when they got everything he himself swept it out and we were good to go. Holy moly.... hands down the best service I have ever heard of from a storage facility unlike the orange one who told me they couldn't help because it wasn't in their job description... Josh, you are the man, thank you so much. I would travel if I had to to store my families belongings with Josh just for the peace of mind.
