I can’t say enough good things about her. I was going through a difficult breakup when I needed a storage unit, and she has been incredibly patient, compassionate, and helpful every step of the way. Her kindness made a stressful time so much easier. I even called her manager, Ed, today just to make sure he knew what an incredible employee she is. It was wonderful to hear that the company already recognizes and values her, and that they take such good care of their employees. That says a lot about the kind of business Secure Way Storage is. We all have different reasons for needing storage, and many of them come during challenging times.
