She keeps the customers first and she is the sweetest human I have encountered in a very long time. I have been doing business at this location for over five years and although I live in a whole new city, I still keep my storage at this location because of Denesha. Luis is super and great customer services, everyone in the office is super friendly. Services here is great and I would definitely recommend this storage to all my family and friends. It’s super clean in this storage and I love it here, so please come here it’s worth it.

I had an exceptional experience at Extra Space Storage in Coconut Creek, and I have to give a huge thank-you to Janny for making what started as a very stressful situation into such a positive experience. I walked into the office extremely stressed, overwhelmed, and in a rush to find a storage unit. I was honestly so close to turning around and leaving because I felt like I didn’t have the time or energy to deal with everything. But Janny immediately made me feel comfortable and right at home. She was incredibly friendly, respectful, patient, and understanding. She took the time to patiently walk me through all of my options, showed me different storage units, and gave me a clear breakdown of the prices so I could understand exactly what I was getting. She never made me feel pressured or rushed. Instead, she listened to what I needed and helped me find a unit that I felt completely comfortable with. I left extremely happy and relieved. What impressed me even more was how patient and kind she was with my toddler, who was running around the office while I was trying to get everything taken care of. She never made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about it, and that meant so much to me. Janny truly understands what customer service is all about. She understands that sometimes customers walk through the door carrying a lot of stress, and the way you treat them can make all the difference. She turned a stressful experience into one where I felt welcomed, respected, and taken care of.
