I recently visited StorQuest Self Storage on may 11 and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to Tracey. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to listen to exactly what I needed and helped me find the perfect storage plan without any pressure or confusion — she made the whole process effortless. Tracey went above and beyond in every sense of the phrase. She didn’t just hand me a brochure and point me in a direction — she walked me through my options, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt completely confident in my decision before I left. That level of care is rare, and it did not go unnoticed. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, but honestly, it’s the customer service that sets this location apart. Tracey is the kind of employee who makes you feel like a valued person, not just another transaction. Because of the way she treated me and went out of her way to help, I will absolutely be returning and recommending this location to anyone I know who needs storage. If you’re considering StorQuest, ask for Tracey — you won’t regret it. She’s a true asset to this team.

Parking is limited on the streets (not that you would really need to park for anything except buying the unit). The owner is old school in nature so prefers conversation in person versus calling him on the phone. Units are clean, breathable, secured with a gate with a unique code and you can borrow a lock from the owner). When I go during normal business hours the owner is there and waves when I leave. Open 6am-9pm 7 days a week.

I had an excellent experience working with Lori, the facility manager at Affordable Secure Storage. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. What really stood out was that when I initially called after hours, Lori noticed my number and took the time to call me back personally to answer all of my questions—that level of service is rare. When I came in to rent a unit, the facility was spotless, well-lit, and very well organized. Lori handled all of the paperwork quickly and accurately, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this facility. The owners are very fortunate to have someone like Lori managing the property—she truly goes above and beyond.
