Storage units in Georgia

Had only had unit 1 month. Told the employee in the off when I went in to pay on January 3rd 2026 that I would be moving out in 1 week. Instead of him probation my rent for the one week he charged me for a whole month. When I called them to let them know that I had moved out a day early and my lock was removed and unit was swept and cleaned better than I had received it. They asked if my love was removed, which I again told them yes, and asked then what I would be being charged for the 1 week rental. He then informed me that thuer is no refund. I told him that the person who I had just spoken with 1 week prior had told me thier would be a refund, and now he is telling me that thier isn't. I have called the customer service number and have spoken with a district manager they have claimed. Still haven't received anything even after the district senior manager has told me that I would be reimbursed. Go else where poor business educate and poor customer service. I will update thus post if I receive and reimbursement.

Amazing place to store your stuff safely! Jason was a pleasure to work with and if I needed any other storage needs I’ll surely be back to work with them again. Don’t look anyway else!

The professionalism, reliability, and consistency of service have remained exemplary. For more than five years now, we have not been able to visit our storage unit in person, as our entire team has been based in Ukraine, working on the ground to support the nation during this time of immense trial. This is my first experience with Summit self storage and it was great, fast and efficient. I found my unit online, reserved it and processed the rental order in less than 10 minutes; they explained everything in detail and sent me all the paperwork electronically and signed electronically as well. They sent me my access code and got access to my unit that same day. The facility is very clean, everything looks well maintained and modern. Easy and quick process. Great facility. I 100% recommend it.
