Storage units in Newport City, KY, and nearby areas

Was a customer for a long long time. Happy to say that I was finally able to empty it out. Loretta and Adriana are great and worked with us over the years when we were late and have given excellent service over the years.

I rarely leave reviews but when asked to rate my experience today I was more than happy to do so. I came in to the office in Latonia, Ky today to get some information about renting one or more storage units for our business. Had planned to visit more than one business to compare prices and services. But after my experience today with Brandon, the store manager, I know this will definitely be my storage business of choice. Brandon was not like a salesman looking to make a buck, he educated me far beyond what I was expecting. He took time to show me 3 different size options, explaining the pros and cons of each, and fully explained pricing options, and I truly felt he was helping me find exactly what i needed. After speaking with my team, we will be doing business here. Brandon is a very personable and engaging person. I will enjoy doing business here.

Rick was very friendly, professional, competent, and accommodating. Very reasonable rates.

D. James was above and beyond

So easy to access and find my unit. They even provided a lock if I needed one for my unit.

Excellent service! A clean building and good spaces.

Allison helped to turn an unfortunate situation into a pleasant experience! She was extremely helpful and honest! I would recommend that anyone with storage needs choose this business.

Very clean, well lit facility. Nice, professional team assisted me with renting a new unit. It was easy to walk in and handle things at their new Beechmont location. Great promo for first 3 months as a new client. Extremely convenient location. Easy access from Beechmont and flexible hours to access my unit. Everything is brand new & superior to other local storage places.

All the staff were super helpful and professional!

I absolutely have to give Brandy the recognition she deserves! Her customer service is truly above and beyond — 1,000%! Every time I have spoken with Brandy, she has been incredibly personable, understanding, patient, and genuinely willing to help. She doesn't just tell you what needs to be done and leave it at that — she actually takes the time to look for solutions and figure out what she can do to help you. Today was a perfect example. She helped me work through a payment situation and suggested an option that I honestly would have never thought of myself. Her goal wasn't simply to collect a payment; she was trying to help me avoid additional fees and keep my account in good standing. That meant a lot to me. I've dealt with several people over time, and while I've had others who were helpful, Brandy truly stands out. She makes you feel like you're talking to an actual person who understands that sometimes life and finances don't line up perfectly. She is warm, professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel like she is genuinely trying to help me as much as she possibly can. Brandy is an absolute asset to this company, and I hope management knows what they have in her. This is what exceptional customer service looks like. Thank you, Brandy, for always going above and beyond. You are appreciated more than you know! ?????????????
