Storage units in Plum Springs, KY, and nearby areas

Great experience overall. Whenever I have a question NextStor Storage is fast and reliable. Thank you

Easy to deal with. Quick in and out. Great people.

I would definitely highly recommend this facility. The place is clean, our unit was clean, there is 24 hour gate access, security cameras EVERYWHERE and the best part was talking with the young lady in the office, Paige. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, very professional and was glad to answer all of our questions. We had a great experience when signing up for a unit and will for sure tell all of our friends and family. Boardwalk Storage is the place to be!

I’ve had a unit with Acorn for nearly 2 years and it’s been a great experience. I had never had a storage unit before so I didn’t know what to expect. I can get what I need anytime, my payment comes out automatically every month and it’s very affordable. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a unit.

Super friendly helpful staff!!!

Chase was SO AWESOME today!!He answered every question we had and was kind enough to show us the different sizes units available on the first and second floor. Thanks Chase-

My son is a student at WKU, but we are from New Hampshire We needed to find a safe, clean, affordable and easy storage place where we could store his dorm items for the summer in the heat without them getting nasty for school four months later. Affordable storage was so great! Stephanie is so nice, accommodating and quick to pick up the phone. I tend to fumble around with combinations and locks. She and the crew couldn't have been more patient and kind. My son's stuff was in a climate controlled unit, at a very reasonable price, and unpacking today for sophomore year was a breeze. All items as though I had stored them at home! Very grateful we found this wonderful company. Highly recommend.

They always help any way they can when I'm late on a payment

The best storage place ever. Staff was always friendly and ready to help when needed

The property manager Bobby is awesome. He is very respectful and makes the whole process super easy. Great clean units. Great place all together

We used 2 large units (Old Nashville Rd location, behind The Southern Apartments) between moves. They were able to accommodate us quickly without any drama. Very reasonable pricing. Good storage, easy access, they gave us locks, *not climate controlled* - basic metal building storage on concrete. It was easy to get in/out with a pickup and trailer. If a security gate is important to you, this one is broken as of 3/5/2020, but it’s just not a busy area so we weren’t worried. Also, one unit would get wet on one side on the ground - we’re storing things from a barn and don’t care (don’t expect non-climate controlled storage to be 100% dry) - keep it in mind if you’re storing grandma’s precious linens...or maybe that’s where you put the things you secretly want to get rid of ;-)

Awesome people, great prices!

I’ve been using Five Star Storage since they opened and have multiple units with them. Their prices are fair, the climate controlled buildings are always clean and pest free, and the staff is super quick to respond to and fix any issues. I would definitely recommend them!

Super friendly staff made my experience here a real pleasure.

Had to locate a unit that could accommodate a special circumstance, and everyone I worked with was super helpful. We haven’t moved anything into the unit yet, but the thoughtfulness and customer service provided by everyone at BG Affordable Storage has been excellent.
