The staff of two women are fantastic not only do they act in a professional manner, but they’re very polite and very happy to deal with. They had a great deal of knowledge and answered all of my questions without any issues.

I had an outstanding experience with Flagship Sun Self Storage on Route 130 in Mashpee and would recommend this facility without hesitation. We rented a climate-controlled unit for approximately two and a half years because we were living in a very small home and needed a safe place to store important belongings and furniture. Everything came out in exactly the same condition in which it went in. The facility was consistently clean, secure, easy to access, and exceptionally well managed. It is obvious that great pride is taken in maintaining the property to the highest standards. The greatest part of the experience, however, was my interaction with the manager, Holly Richard. Holly was outstanding throughout the entire rental period—accommodating, helpful, responsive, friendly, professional, personable, and genuinely kind. She always made me feel that my questions and concerns mattered, and she was equally responsive in person and by email. Her easygoing manner, combined with her professionalism and attention to detail, made every interaction a pleasure. The pricing felt fair, and having the option to obtain insurance directly through the facility rather than involving my personal insurance company was a real benefit. When it was time to move out, the account-closing process was completely seamless. I always felt that my belongings were safe and that the property was being managed with care. I have never used another storage facility, but Flagship Sun Self Storage—and especially Holly—has set an extremely high bar. For anyone storing furniture, meaningful possessions, or anything that needs protection from humidity, freezing temperatures, or other environmental damage, Flagship Sun Self Storage is an excellent choice.

My second great experience with Extra Space Storage. Register online and fill up the unit the next day. Very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend Extra Space.

I recommend getting yourself some button push lights or a tall Battery operated lamp.
