Storage units in Maryland

I was very impressed by this facility. Everything was extremely clean and easy to reserve and get in and out. Roosevelt was a huge help and does a great job training the place.

I lost my keys to my storage. I had called about 6 months ago to have the lock cut off. I was told that was no longer offered. So my son and I went to go buy a tool to cut it off. We returned the tool 3 different times to upgrade and we still could not get it off. So we decided to hire someone. Time passed as we never did hire someone and I decided to call one more time and was told they brought that service of cutting the lock off, so we bought a new lock from P.S. and Kate said when he comes to cut it off(which is one time a month and no date of when or what time). The associate stated she would call us when it was done. We put the new lock on 6-14-26. On 7-12-26 I called P.S.(the 800#) and advised I had not heard anything, the associate was extremely helpful. Listened, was empathetic, showed concern and looked into my account and found that they called me on 6-19-26 and left a voicemail. Lock is cut off and I can now get in my storage. I told her I had not received a call or a voicemail and we confirmed my cell#, but I had no voicemail on the date or after the date. I was just happy that I can now get into my storage. This has been quite an adventure. Yes it was my fault for losing my key, but the customer service from last year to this year has changed quite a bit and that needs to be acknowledged. Also kudos to Kate at the Catonsville, MD office where my storage is. She was fantastic. GREAT customer service, called me by my name. Was happy, friendly, bubbly and very helpful. I know you said "a brief description" but I felt this story needed to be told. Also a shout out to Brandon who helped us on Wednesday, July 17th. We came in to get in our storage and start a new account. Brandon was very nice, great personality and if he did not know the answer to my question, he did not hesitate to ask his fellow associates for help. I was. impressed with that. He went above and beyond to take care of our needs. The customer service at the Catonsville location has IMPROVED immensely from last year.Thank you Kate and Brandon for bringing your best and making my experience a success!!!

The young lady was very patient when I had return back with my credit card. They didn't do the tap thing . The Pace was clean and didn't see signs of mice as of yet.

I had an excellent experience at the Reistertown Public Storage location thanks to Natasha. From the moment she called me she was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. My son attends Coppin State University and we live in Brooklyn, Ny. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Even found a closer location for me!! Natasha answered all my questions with patience, explained the process clearly, and even offered helpful suggestions that made my storage experience easier and more convenient. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about customer service the way she does. Because of Natasha, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a seamless and positive experience. She’s a true asset to the team, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service

Glenn at New Market Mini Storage provided outstanding customer service from the very beginning. He was always helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer any questions I had. He made the entire storage process easy and stress-free. What really set Glenn apart was his personality. He was personable, easy to talk to, and always had a great sense of humor that made every interaction enjoyable. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers the way he does. I was very sad to hear that Glenn is leaving. He has been a tremendous asset to New Market Mini Storage, and his professionalism and kindness will be greatly missed. I wish him nothing but the best in his next chapter.

Property manager, Kiya, was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable with my choice of unit. She led me through a quick and smooth process. Kudos to her. As far as the unit itself, when unlocked and open, it was clean, dry, and ready for use. I would recommend at least this public storage facility.

One of the nicest cleanest storage bins ive ever been to. I highly recommend this public storage. I've had multiple storage bins and I can say this is by far the best facility
