Online, over the phone to on-site was hassle-free. All of my questions and concerns were answered. I've rented storage units in the past and wanted to know if I could use my previous lock and show proof of insurance from my home owner's policy. Both the rep over the phone and the manager on-site made this verification process easy. The facility and unit were easy to get to. Well lit, plenty of carts to use and clean. I had climate control issues in the past and wanted to be sure my stored items didn't get damaged from heat exposure.
