Simple...reserved unit online for today, went to office this morning to get access code etc. When I came back after running some errands, I discovered that the latch mechanism for the lock was busted. I was going to fix it. Since that unit was scheduled to get a new door, he moved me into a 10x15 drive up two doors up from my smaller unit. It worked out perfectly.
