Kept my belongings in EZ storage for 6.5 years. It was clean and well taken care of. I felt secure there. Pricing was fair, although it did get raised every year. From 2019 at $125 a month to $180 at closing. This was for a 10 x 16 unit on the second floor. They always contacted me if there were any issues with payment. It was a very positive experience.
