Coming up from Florida and needed to store our belongings till we find a house, I ran across this facility online and they had the units I needed. I originally spoke with Shelly. She was very pleasant and gave me all the information I needed. When we arrived in town we met Darcy. In my opinion she went above and beyond our expectations and walked us thru all the steps for securing a unit, obtaining insurance, and locks, and getting us units that would allow our moving truck to have access to easily. She was very attentive to all our needs with this move. The facility itself is well maintained, clean, and the access to our units very easy. I really can’t say enough though about the level of professionalism that Darcy gave us and helped make a very stressful moving situation that much easier.
