I’ve stored with Public Storage frequently over the years - for both short and longer term needs. From the first time I met Mitch he has been a pleasure to interact with. Personally he is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and engaging - representing Public Storage professionally and well. From a corporate perspective - from a customer point of view that property is well run. It is clean and well maintained, and Mitch is always active - constantly visible and working around the buildings and grounds. My son rented a unit from the Oakdale locations and because of some unforseen circumstances some friends and I had to make sure the unit got cleaned out. Everyone we worked with was very professional and easy to work with. I especially worked with Jessie most often. I had a very pleasurable experience and will definitely recommend renting if you need storage. My son also said he was pleased the whole time he rented with them.
