My son rented a unit from the Oakdale locations and because of some unforseen circumstances some friends and I had to make sure the unit got cleaned out. Everyone we worked with was very professional and easy to work with. I especially worked with Jessie most often. I had a very pleasurable experience and will definitely recommend renting if you need storage. My son also said he was pleased the whole time he rented with them. I was looking for public storage for the first time, had no I know experience of a public storage and didn't know what to expect. I came across store 8124 in Brooklyn Park and I decided to call that number, oh my God if I tell you the customer service was amazing, it was. The phone conversation was appealing and impressive, I spoke with Jenny and she was very nice, she give me all the information I needed and even make time to show me storage space. I came today in person at the store 8124, and met Katie, her smile was welcoming and such a gentle voice. Then came Jenny who took me around and give me even more information. Both of them were amazing. excellent customer service, they told me all I needed to know and what to expect. I was also able to lock in a special promotion deal, I'm excited. The office manager Jody is always great to talk to, accommodating, and goes above and beyond! Have been a customer in the M lot. Clean and easy to navigate.
