We moved into our unit on a very hot day, and Katie was a wonderful help! She answered our questions very clearly and directly, and was even thoughtful enough to bring out some cold, fancy water bottles for us (they had the company logo on them!). Very impressed with this facility and the people here! What they say is true - the people really do make the company great!

The facility was always nice and clean. The only problem I had was with accessing the gate and that was addressed. So no problem!

Allison does an amazing job at the SpaceBox in Olive Branch. I Enjoy doing business there. RD

Emily and Dewanda are the most knowledgeable!

Great facility and excellent/helpful staff!

Mrs. Patrielle was so helpful she didn’t have the size Unit I needed he took my number and when one came available 2 days later she called me and got me taken care of. She went above and beyond. Thanks so much for following up!

We’ve moved customers in and out of this facility for years, and it’s consistently one of the cleanest storage facilities around. The property is well maintained, the restrooms are available during business hours and are always clean, and the staff does a great job keeping everything organized. They can be a little strict with the rules, but that’s honestly part of what keeps the facility in such great condition. One tip for anyone bringing a larger moving truck or box truck: after entering the gate, you can drive down the first row of units on the left, but you can’t come back the same way because it’s one way only. If you continue around and try to make the right turn toward the exit gate in a larger box truck, there’s a good chance you won’t make the turn cleanly. They have had people in box trucks try and make that turn and scrape the top of their units, so that’s why they are strict about that. They have signs throughout the place going over the rules and whatnot, probably won’t miss those. Overall, it’s a clean, secure, and exceptionally well managed storage facility that we’ve always had good experiences with.

Dewanda had excellent customer service skills
