Storage units in North Carolina

Allison is the nicest person to deal with. She has been amazing to us. We would not of rented there had it not been for how nice she treated us. Thank you Allison.

The establishment is exceptionally well-maintained and tidy. The staff is wonderful, and the interactions with the front desk personnel, in particular, were delightful. While the pricing is comparable to other establishments, the friendly atmosphere, convenient accessibility, and overall cleanliness set this place apart.

Jordan was very helpful, friendly, and professional

Good, budget friendly storage option for the local area.

Really like Barb, the manager. She's very accommodating and nice.

Property Manager Nija was great, very professional, and knowledgeable. I was amazed how clean the property was while seeing what size unit I needed.

I love them. The customer service is A1. They definitely work with you and are very understanding. Reilly Road location they are the sweetest. They definitely communicate if anything is going on with the units as well. I’ve been with them for 4 years now and I highly recommend them

Easy to work with management and get in and out. good price

I had no problems. Everything went smooth.

Patricia made my renting a unit very stress free

I had an excellent experience thanks to Jenny's fabulous customer service. She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She made the rental process stress-free and convenient. Great customer service skills. I highly recommend working with her. I had a second excellent experience thanks to Shannon's great customer service. I had to lease a bigger unit, and she helped me secure a new, bigger unit and delete the old one. She is very friendly and happy to help solve my problem. I highly recommend working with her.

We have stored our things at 2 separate locations and this will make by far the cleanest nicest one we have been at granted we have never had an indoor. Climate control unit but this has blown my mind has me wanting to get all of my other stuff and bring it here the front desk woman was the sweetest and kindest explained everything and she helped me fix some of my paper work.

Mr.Matthew helped me with making the best decision for a first time mover using a storage unit. He explained what sizes would work best for my situation and I felt completely comfortable with his expertise as well as his overall willingness to be transparent and helpful to my situation. I am glad to know that my belongings are safe at the Woodridge mini storage unit, I highly recommend!

Place is clean. I prefer the climate controlled in this heat. I worked with multiple people adding a second unit and changed my mind several times. All were great. The onsite person at MidGard closest to Carolina Beach is super helpful. Thank you all!
