First I would like to appreciate Nija for being very thorough keeping the energy positive even when there is stress, making sure we don’t forget to take care of our bill when it’s due. Second I would like to say thank you for having such a clean secure environment where I can entrust my property. I have been doing business with public storage for years and my experience has consistently gotten better. However a very big shout out to a person who seems very knowledgeable of public storage policy and educates the customers in a peaceful yet effective manner. I came to my storage one day to pay my bill and there was a guy that was very distraught he didn’t have a storage unit but he had had an altercation with his wife and was put out on the highway. The man walked and sat down at the first place he could get refuge which was on Ellis road public storage. She handled the situation well was cautious but still helped the man by getting him some assistance from law enforcement. The officer even offered to help the man get home. All I am saying is that it’s good to see people who care yet get the job done thoroughly. It reminds me to be a better person aswell. Great work!

Public storage on cliffdale road was amazing ! Out of all my times moving into a storage this is the first time I have received a first floor unit, AND great customer service from the PROPERTY MANAGER ! She was so helpful and nice and deserves this whole 5 star review ??????

Great new storage facility that just opened in Mooresville!! Not only can they accommodate your storage needs, they also offer US postal boxes, a conference room for all your meetings and a friendly professional staff. It's all indoor storage. I would highly recommend them if you're in the Mooresville area for all of your storage needs. Very professional staff and state-of-the-art facility. Super clean. Best of all, they have the best prices in Mooresville. Best hidden treasure in Mooresville if you're looking for storage.

Outstanding service and customer support. Very helpful for all UNCW students. Staff was professional and helpful. They knew exactly how much space we needed and didn’t try to upscale us. I will be using them for the next five years. Unit is climate controlled and security cameras throughout all spaces. Very impressed and grateful. This storage business is perfect for our needs.
