Storage units in North Carolina

Storage units are great! The process was simple and easy. Communication was great!

I needed storage last minute and storage sense was extremely kind, patient and understanding and helped me immediately within minutes. Book a storage room and use it that same day. I'm so grateful.

Signing up, take more time than necessary, what happened to direct contact with a face to face person? Alex, was helpful and patient, took care of my needs. And never have I had to have insurance in the past to rent a storage unit?

This location has great customer service. They are knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. I would recommend them highly.

Was glad I found them very helpful

Clean, reliable storage facility located on a hill near the center of town. My daughter recommended them after her unit stayed completely dry through the Hurricane Helene flooding! I ended up renting two units for over a year and recently closed one because I no longer needed two. The entire process was seamless—I managed my rentals, payments, and cancellation right from my phone. Every interaction with the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Aja and Katie are an absolute wonder! They made our experience so much better. Thank you so much ??

Love the Midgard Self Storage in Sapphire and having the virtual assistants. Leslie Ann was amazing with are access needs!

Thanks Joy. You did best today.
