That is why our experience with Weaverville Storage, and particularly with Jose, stands out as exceptional. Jose is everything you hope for in a manager: kind, responsive, and full of integrity. He took the time to patiently clarify all the details of our rental agreement, ensuring that everything was upfront. Our unit was ready, spotlessly clean, and exactly as promised. The pricing was consistent: no surprise fees or last-minute changes. When we encountered an issue locking one of the two units we had rented, I called Jose, and he arrived within five minutes! The unit was repaired in less than 24 hours. That level of responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. In a time when customer service seems devalued, Jose is a refreshing exception. His professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail are beyond commendable. He should offer a class on how to treat people. Businesses everywhere could learn something from the way he operates. Very turnkey, great experience

I’ve been unable to access my online account for days — the site simply would not let me log in or process my payment. I contacted the call center twice, and each time I was told someone would reach out, but no one ever did. Thankfully, I reached Anita at the Asheville, NC location, and she was the only person who truly helped me. Even though the website still wouldn’t let me access my account, she patiently walked me through every step she could, provided clear site navigation, and eventually made sure my payment was taken care of. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. Employees like Anita are the reason customers stay.
