I can’t say enough good things about Elite Storage on Tiger Lane. The team that runs this facility is truly exceptional. Cara, the manager, is warm, approachable, and immediately puts you at ease the moment you walk through the door. She has a calm, easygoing manner that builds trust right away, but she also moves at your pace: if you’re in a rush, she’s incredibly efficient and gets everything done quickly and correctly. Cara really knows her property and how everything works. She listens, asks good questions, and offers clear solutions. Whether you’re having a good day or a really hard one, she meets you where you are, and I always feel better after speaking with her. Her assistant is equally impressive. The facility is always clean and well-kept, and I’ve never seen trash anywhere on the property. When Cara is out, the office is run smoothly and every question I’ve had has been answered. Together, they make a stellar team. This is exactly what you want in storage facility managers: people who stay on top of everything—whether it’s an 18-wheeler blocking the drive or neighboring businesses leaving trash on the lot—while still treating you with respect and kindness. They handle issues firmly but in the best possible way. Most importantly, when you’re in the office, they make you feel like you’re the only customer that matters. They’re completely focused on you and your needs. I honestly couldn’t rate them any higher.
