Great storage facility. Very clean. Price is very reasonable.

The manager Kali is super helpful and this facility is well laid out and well maintained.. There is a gate so only customers are on premises.. very safe ,reliable 24 hour access ..

Max made a difficult trip much less stressful. We’ve had a storage unit with my FILs furniture and items sitting for a year until we could get here to finalize where things are going. When we called he was helpful and kind. Thank you, Max!

Update on the customer service from KO Storage. I've been having issues keeping up on my bill recently and when I would get calls about this issue the customer service was extremely kind, understanding and helpful. I spoke to Cherry today and she was awesome. Definitely made that whole situation so much better for me. Cherry went above and beyond to help me Save my storage unit. The whole customer support team over there are great. They really helped me more than I can say. But... I really want Cherry to know that she is amazing at her job. Great attitude, friendly, polite. She needs to be recognized for everything she brings to the company. Started off good... got bad... then a new manager stepped in and everything became good once more. The new manager (Jessica), is doing her best to improve all aspects of the business property. She is very understanding, she definitely does tolerate nonsense or disrespect. (Learned that the hard way, when she checked my attitude real quick). And honestly I respect the way she gave it right back but without being totally nasty at all. It was a step that built up my trust and appreciation for her. (Jessica) I feel way safer with my life's belongings in storage knowing what type of person is incharge.

Jonathon was fantastic with helping me out with a transfer at my storage unit. Unfortunately the unit I was in had some issues, but him and Monica as well made sure I was taken care of quickly and efficiently! Got me set up and ready to move into my new unit same day. Great customer support from them!

Having used storage units all over the country, this is by far one of the best I have used. Clean, dry and secure. What sets this place apart is the customer service. Scott goes above and beyond to make sure any concerns or needs are addressed immediately, with typical response times to messages and emails within minutes of being sent!

Max was very polite and personable as I called to ask questions and schedule a move out. During our usage of all purpose storage I believe I’ve spoke with him a few times and he was always a joy to speak with. Thanks
