Storage units in New Jersey

Had an absolutely wonderful experience this morning moving into Access Self storage. First, the manager is Isabelle was incredibly helpful and helping me secure a truck to move in. Leo and Brianna were super helpful with our move-in as well. Everyone was very helpful and the storage unit was easy to access and it was ready for us when we got there I can’t say enough about how helpful these people were, and in this day and age were you just get a recording it’s nice to actually talk to real people. The move-in process was very straightforward painless as possible. I would highly recommend this place to store your stuff

Amazing service good customer service

Gloria has been a great rep from day 1. Answered all my questions well, made sure I was getting the right sized unit for my stuff, and made sure I was well off before I moved my things in. Shes a gem of a person and will help you with everything you need.

Tammy provided exceptional customer service on yesterday's visit! She helped me maximize my ????savings by offering me to transfer to another unit. I've been debating to close out my unit for months... because it had gotten so expensive over the years. So, because of Tammy's suggestion to transfer to another unit, which was far more- less expensive... I made the decision to close out my previous unit, and move-in into another! The transfer sale was a win-win!! #Happy&Satisfied customer! Thank you, Tammy!! You're AWESOME!!????????????????

Kimmie is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is SO personable and sedulously took us through the process of accessing and utilizing our unit. It is easy to see she internalizes taking the utmost prudence of her customers’ security and satisfaction. My wife and I feel very lucky to be utilizing her storage facility. Simply put, we feel taken care of! One more point to note. The facility is extremely clean and easy to use. I would give 6 stars if possible!

Excellent staff, the guy in the office is very helpful and facility upkeep is cleanly. I have no issue. I only want more carts on the property for me and my son to move items faster is all. Ta Ta
