Storage units in Ramblewood, NJ, and nearby areas

Dan greeted me with a warm positive upbeat vibe. He made my experience even more convenient for me. He explained how everything worked so that I could access the unit without a problem. I found him to be a very kindhearted caring family man. He was also very knowledgeable about the facility. A way in

Dominique was very helpful. The unit was close and clean. She explained everything throughly. Good experience

I highly recommend this storage facility. I am a return client. I have found it easy to get access to my unit when needed. It is very clean , secure and safe. The staff, particularliy management, is always responsive and helpful.

I had originally looked here for renting but the manager, Shawn, didn’t have the size I was looking for. He found the size localish, at a great price. Thank you Shawn for recommending this other property!

Excellent accommodations and service! The units are spacious and climate controlled. Highly recommend

Raymond was fantastic! I appreciate everything he did to make sure we got the proper unit for a good price to help me and my wife out with things we were dealing with!

I had a great experience with Public Storage! The property is clean, secure, and well maintained, and the storage units are easy to access. The property manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire rental process. Everything was explained clearly, and moving in was quick and easy. Excellent customer service and a convenient place to store your belongings. I would definitely recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and reliable storage facility!

?? Tiera is GREAT ?? She extremely helpful & Friendly ??

Chris was very friendly and helpful in finding me the perfect space.

Gloria has been a great rep from day 1. Answered all my questions well, made sure I was getting the right sized unit for my stuff, and made sure I was well off before I moved my things in. Shes a gem of a person and will help you with everything you need.

I love the location. It’s always clean and quiet. I feel at peace knowing that my property is safe and in a great location. Emily is always nice and helpful with anything that I need to keep up with my online access.

As always, service is impeccable.

Tierra, in this weekend and previous s well. Very professional. She went above and beyond to help me get a rental issue resolved. I will continue to rent through here while I need storage, due to her being able to meet the demand of the customers.

10/15/26 This is an update from when I last reviewed. The former property manager apparently was promoted and no longer there, to my initial dismay. I had cleared out my unit few years ago, but due to unexpected situations was forced to reopen another one, shove all my belongings into it last minute before moving out of state. I am usually good about checking on it, but due to deteriorating health wasn't able to this summer. I planned on sorting it out in July but didn't have the key or combination. Coincidentally I received a postcard on Oct 9 snail mail but dated 9/29 stating my payment would be increased again on the 1st of the new month. I immediately called from a bus and tried to speak to Sherri and was worried about the lock policy, I bought a plane ticket the next day, rescheduled all my medical appointments, talked to my apartment manager to figure out the logistics of this nightmare on such short notice. After looking online to verify the termination policies against what the woman said, I felt very uneasy. When you call back you reach an overseas call center or automated message. Thankfully for me, I left two voicemails and the manager on site today, Chris Bond, happened to follow up and call me back despite how late in the day it was already approaching closing hours for the office, and time zone difference. Bless the man, for his patience, knowledge, support for going above and beyond. Not only did he take the time to physically walk to the unit and personally check the type of lock I had purchased from the store, but he followed through, called me back and gave me very thorough information about their policies and explained everything to me with patience AND compassion! His experience was so evident, I couldn't thank him enough for his timely assistance, but more importantly the priceless reassurance I received that he would be very accommodating to help me if I am able to return on a day he is on-site. Apparently things have changed in this industry, so personnel are shifted from location to location. So I hope they bring him back to this facility because he actually cares for both the customers as equally as the business. We need more service-minded diligent professionals like this. Thank you Chris! I hope I get to say it in person! I had several phone interactions with Jenn, the property manager. She took time to answer every one of them with competence and candidness. After touring few units and finalizing terms of agreement, I felt relieved and so reassured that I picked the right storage company for this job. In same hour I was able to access. and load my unit- all done maybe an hour give or take- especially if you opt in for their lock/2 keys, $15 insurance, included pest bait, and $7 container of Damp rid to save time and convenience. My unit wasn't lit from inside actual unit because it's an indoor one (vs. drive up) but the hallways have automatic bulbs on timers and their gates accept manual touch keypad as well as remote access from your phone if you care about that. It was safe, painless and honest. There are so many facilities that could have been cheaper with various promotions or costlier, but Jenn helped me decide what was the BEST FIT for my needs and I ended up with a perfect deal in the end that is going to keep me a happy and loyal customer no doubt! All the positive reviews online about her were exactly what I expected and experienced. I would highly recommend checking them out. If you're going to the office be aware that Google maps can be a little misleading for the turn off route 70 Marlton heading west. If you are coming from Evesham Rd. then left down Rte 73, take the lane going straight towards gates and look for the orange and white office towards far left of lot or you'll end up having to backtrack. So nice to have stress of moving during holidays alleviated by the accommodating composure and answers I got from Jenn. I trust that I made good decision going with them because she was upfront about everything I needed to know.Thank you Jenn????????

I had a shipper mistakenly deliver half of a shipment to the PS office instead of my UPS pickup center. Rodney made the whole mix up incredibly stress free. He took delivery, stored them, called me to let me know it was taken care of and when we could meet so I could take delivery. Incredible customer service and a genuinely nice and caring human. Thanks Rodney!
