Storage units in Glassboro, NJ, and nearby areas

Chocolates were amazing and as sweet as the customer service.

I've been a customer for over a year at Devon Self Storage of Glassboro. The facility is well maintained and the process of going in and out is super easy. A gate splits in between the unit so just drive up and your unit is close. It's a great convenience to be a short a walk from my unit. Now for the best part, when my rate went up - Ahmed and Scott bent over backwards to get me a fantastic rate and did it in record time. Walked out with a great rate AND rate locked for an entire year. I can't see myself renting a storage unit from anyone else.

Easy to book online. Unit was clean, front desk helpful!

Nice staff. Beware after a few months they will definitely raise your fee. Also be mindful of the time when there. If you are inside the gate past 10pm you may not get out without having to call to be let out.

Marilyn did a terrific job. She got me what I wanted and helped me with the sign in because I’m Military with partial sight. She’s the best.

Easy access, good price, and great customer service

Location is very convenient and Amanda in the office is great. Met Michelle today and she's great too

Update 12/27/2025 Received a phone call from Joshua from an unknown phone number which sounds kind of sketchy to me. Why would you not wanna leave me a phone number that I can call you back instead? You stay on your message to me that you will call me back shortly that call came in four days ago. I still have to receive a phone call back understood that the holiday fell in between though there’s mold all over my furniture Stuff was only there for six months. It’s about time. I put it on a review here your organization only put the $3000 limit of insurance on my personal belongings never mentioning that there was another threshold that I could’ve put the only asked do you want insurance and I said yes how much is it $15 a month? Yes, I will take it assuming that it would cover all the contents of my belongings Fast-forward 4 1/2 months later five months later or go there to take some of my stuff out and find mold on everything $30,000 worth of merchandise destroyed how are we gonna handle this situation? If you’re gonna call me leave a number to call you back at. Do not be shady. Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable This was when I first took the unit back in March 2025. since then much has occurred. The review is coming very soon. I am putting this right now in hopes that Storage Sense sees this they know the situation I’m having hopefully they will come to their senses and make good on what we have going on if not a full story is coming. And it’s not gonna be one with a five star rating it’s actually gonna be a -5 star rating Someone in higher up management needs to call me like they keep telling me they’re going to

Great place clean and easy access, staff is wonderful, Michele, so kind. Will definitely recommend.

Nice and easy to use facility. The sign up and customer service communication by Mark is impeccable. Highly recommend!

Public Storage has their act together in Sicklerville. Desk clerk was efficient, knew her inventory and how to get the rental done expeditiously. Polite too, happy to be a customer.

Great location always clean. Very Friendly staff. I would recommend
