Storage units in Gordons Corner - Lafayette Mills, Manalapan, NJ

Last night, I found myself dealing with one of those classic “I really should have handled this sooner” last-minute problems. ?? I needed to upgrade my storage unit, and unfortunately, it was almost closing time. At that point, I fully expected to hear some version of, “Sorry, we're closing soon.” But CECILIA and TARA apparently didn’t get that memo. ?? Instead, they went above and beyond to help me get everything taken care of. They were both absolutely AMAZING — friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help when they easily could have called it a night. The big wigs at Public Storage should know that they have two absolute rock stars working here. Customer service like this is getting harder and harder to find, so when you come across it, you notice. CECILIA and TARA — thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. You both deserve recognition for the way you treated me. I’ll definitely be a customer for life, and I’ll be recommending this Public Storage to anyone who needs a place to store their stuff. Public Storage: take care of these two — they're keepers! ?????
