I went to the new extra space storage on MLK in Camino El Nori to close out my account had a fabulous conversation with Tess My Storage was always in a good comfortable spot no problems in getting to it. It was always well lit Very good Customer Service.

All the iStorages in Carson have great staff. They're amazing people. This facility has a truly great property manager. She is very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, kind.

Dai was very professional and willing to assist in with our customer needs. She took the time to answer our questions. The location is kept up, security cameras were positioned at all angles, and was an overall great experience! We highly recommend this location. Ask for Dai for excellent service.

UNFORTUNATELY SUZY IS GONE FROM EXTRA SPACE STORAGE AND WITH HER WENT THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I APPRECIATED SOO MUCH...it's drab and the new employees barely know what they are talking about?? we pay top dollar for air-cooled units that are not air-cooled... And won't be for the next week.... Not only is it hot up there, there is absolutely no flow or movement of the air so it's absolutely suffocating.... I would think that they would offer a discounted or prorated rate to their customers for the inconvenience and possible health risk.... But the lady looked at me like I was mentally challenged when I asked... if I wanted to go to the sauna I would head to my local gym....it's hard to breathe in there...even the offer of a cold water bottle should have made a HUGE DIFFERENCE...I AM JUST SAYING... IT WAS BAD ENOUGH FOR ME TO TAKE THE TIME TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW AND MY TIME IS VERY VALUABLE SO.... I'VE NOTICED ALSO THAT THE PLACE IS NOT AS CLEAN AS IT USED TO BE... IF THERE'S ANY OPPORTUNITY TO GET SUZY BACK, I WOULD...

Chanti was absolutely wonderful! Professional, patient, and knowledgeable about what had to be done. We had numerous issues with the rent by phone so I finally, after two days, literally came to the property to rent my unit. I know that agents receive bonuses and spiffs. I am surely hoping that Chanti, after all her hard work over two days, is a recipient of those bonuses and/or spiffs. Thank you and I look forward to storing my items at this property!

I used Extra Space Storage Facility for 3 years and had no complaints. Facility was clean and secured. I will definitely use their services again in the future! Working with Rene here has been an absolute pleasure. She made the process so smooth and seamless, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her communication, kindness, and helpfulness during our time there. I would 100% come back to this facility because of Rene. She truly went above and beyond to provide an incredible customer experience, unlike any I’ve had before, and I rent at Extra Space locations around the country a lot!
