Class act personel at ipi storage ! I recommend this place to everyone!

I’ve had my belongings stored here for so long that Milli is practically family. Everyone in the office is always so kind and easy to deal with. In the 8 yrs that I’ve rented I never worried about my belongings. This is a very secure location. Always clean and they have everything you need.

So far I have had the best experience with west cost storage I have ever had with any of the storage facilities I've used through out y life, Renting my 10x10 was simple just reserved then hit a specific link and signed rental and insurance agreement and payed all on line, I haven't seen the unit yet, but I have the peace of mind that it sits waiting for me after I clear out two smaller units at other facilities and each one cost me more per month than it will for this one bigger unit Is costing, plus I lucked out and got my unit half off for the first two months. I am looking forward to having my belongings closer to me and only having to keep on storage on the books. This review is based on just the first vibes of the place and the easy rental, once I see the unit and experience the energy around this building I will update this review, with pictures. Until then I give this place a 10 out of 10 sight unseen. Ok everyone, the day I was going to first start using my storage I called to get some information my call was answered by their AI ansering service and it said that I would recieve the information I am asking for via text. That was cool cause it was easy getting the information, then less than 15 minutes later I received a phone call from west coast storage, I answered and this very pleasent voice was on the line she identified herself as Hannah and she said that she saw I had called so I told her why I called and she looked my account up and saw that there was a temporary issue with the elevator in the building my storage unit was in, unfortunately I needed to be able to get into my storage that day so she found me another one in a different building and she made our large move a million times easier. People really dont understand how even just a kind word a friendly face and a good attitude can make a persons day seem not so heavy. Thank you Hannah you made my day. Now I have been to my storage 3 times but forgot my code to get in I went into the office and I had the privilege of meeting Hannah in person. Everyone she is genuinely an exceptional person. Thank you for everything.

Best storage in town! Stan and his son are amazing and so helpful. Clean and secure property and you have 24/7 access to your unit. 5/5 stars for sure!

Just got my unit a couple days ago. Great customer service and a great self storage place.
