Storage units in Ohio

This has been a smooth process until this month. When we rented this unit they couldn’t tell us how long the special pricing was good for. Now 5 months later here comes the huge price increase. Tried to call the local office 2 times and left messages with no return phone call. Went into the office and talked to a spinning screen that wasn’t working. She was able to provide a 10.00 discount for 3 months. This is old school bait and switch with the price increase and nobody can give you a straight answer. Let a message with district manager. We will see if he can solve the pricing issue. Update 3/11/26. Still no response from district manager or anyone at the local office. Update 3/24/26 Have left 8 messages at the local office and still no response. Update Finally spoke to Fred the supervisor and he told me he would provide a 40.00 credit. Went in today 4-12-26 to find out where it is and computer screen said it was declined. Can’t get much worse on the deceptive pricing practices. Update 4/21/26 After all this back and forth Fred was able to come through and provide a credit.

I rented a storage unit at the Troy location the manager was really friendly nice helpful helped me pick out the perfect unit the storage units were clean nice and very spacious I use a cane to walk and she drove me on the golf cart to my storage unit and waited their till I was done and drove me back to the office and even helped me fill out the paperwork I would definitely recommend them to everyone that's in need of a storage unit
