I have used this location for storage over the last 14 years and have had zero problems that weren't able to be resolved quickly and without incident. I was able to set up my billing online with a stored credit card for hassle-free, on-time monthly payments. Tony, Paula and Trey have always been a sincere joy to work with, as they are all very professional and friendly. Sadly, as a result of economic conditions everywhere, my rent has gone up twice in the last 6 years, so I could no longer afford the storage (despite the fact that the prices at this location are VERY comparable to other local storage facilities). When it was time to move out, I was able to easily rent a truck from the same location making the move super convenient and affordable, as I didn't have to pay for more milage to get a truck there and back. The 10x10 drive-up storage room I rented did have two standard size doors, but it was plenty of space to load and unload from. The location recently upgraded the units with fresh paint so they look very nice. The enclosed area beyond the gate is always clean and secure. While they do not offer 24-hr access (most places don't anymore) the available open hours always fit my needs. On my last visit there while emptying the unit, I did see a few mouse droppings, so I would guess someone must have had food onsite. Even though they stole some of my wrapping paper for their nests (lol), this single encounter wasn't anywhere near as bad as the racoons and critters I have to deal with while storing things on my own property. I never encountered ANY bugs at all, not even spiders, and that was a very important factor to me. All in all, Storage Plus was a very good option for my needs for many years and I couldn't have asked for better. This location will be my first pick if I ever need moving or storage services in the future!

The storage unit is very clean, well kept, and easily accessible for unit owners. Sherri is such a delight to work with and in a pinch was able to help me upgrade to a larger unit. She is very personable and sweet. Thank you so so much!

We decided to have our son’s vehicle shipped to us in Arkansas. Angie went above and beyond in helping us get it out of the storage unit. She set up the necessary protocols in advance as we knew the car would be shipped to us. Every time I reached out to Angie she responded and she even assisted the company that picked up the vehicle. Our son is overseas in the military and he has an additional storage unit there. We are happy to have chosen that storage location with a dedicated, efficient, and pleasant manager like Angie!

Wonderful place to store. Used it for my business truck. They have outdoor and indoor storage. Crystal is easy to work with each month on rent!
