Storage units in Texas

I first visited the site Extra Space Storage by Mopac and 290, but no one was available to assist me, The door were locked. so I Google the next closest location Which was near Barton Creek mall. I called First to verify if someone was there at that location as well and spoke with Shavekia, asking if she could show me a locker; she confirmed she could, so I went there. Upon arriving, Shavekia greeted me immediately and explained the locker sizes and current promotions, even taking the time to show me some storage units . She was attentive and helpful, and I am quite glad I did not remain at the Mopac and 290 site. I am pleased I came here instead, as it was well worth the trip.thank you shavekia you made my stressful day better. With your positive attitude and wonderful customer service! You don’t see that a lot anymore.

I've been there for 13 years and everything's fine.

Marie was my storage specialist and she was very patient and very knowledgeable. Thank you Marie

Quick fast and easy. Natasha was a great gelp

The best customer service I've experienced from any facility staff or ownership. Unfortunately, I've had to use storage facilities quite a bit over the years. I've never been treated like a number or dollar sign that doesn't matter at BMSS. Everyone has been human-friendly and professional, they are genuinely caring people. They charge ridiculously high late fees and then jump to auction your possessions at the drop of a dime to maximize their bottom line. The facility & units are kept clean an neat no matter what time I've accessed the propert. Just Great People To Do Bisiness With & A Safe Place To Secure Your Belongings. Both The Sarah's Have The Best Attitudes On Any Given Day, And You Don't Find That Everywhere These Days. I'd Choose Biggie Mini Self Storage Again And Again Because I Haven't Found Another To Compare To Their People-Oriented Staff And Good Business Ethics. ????????????????
