I’ve been here for several years, and I have to say I have no complaints. The place is always clean, there are no pests, the access control always works, and the app is super simple and useful. Shayna and Suheily are both so so nice and helpful!

I found Richland Hills Secure Storage through a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad I did. I’ve done business with more than a dozen storage facilities over the years, both for my personal storage needs and while working storage auction cleanouts, so I have a lot to compare it to. I highly recommend this facility. It’s tucked away off the main road, making it feel more secure and less crowded than many larger storage properties. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The property manager, Sherry, is what truly sets this place apart. She is friendly, personable and provides outstanding customer service from the moment you walk through the door. She made the leasing process easy, answered all of my questions, and genuinely cares about her customers. It’s refreshing to find someone who takes so much pride in both the property and the people she serves. If you’re looking for a clean, secure storage facility with exceptional customer service, I would absolutely recommend Richland Hills Secure Storage.

I have been a customer for a few years now. Today I met The manager, Larry. This was the very best experience I have had in dealing with a storage mart Or any other storage facility for that matter. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helped us diagnose a problem and offered a very good solution. I wish everybody lived up to the standard of service provided by Larry! Great job!
