Storage units in Texas

Valerie is the most accommodating, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable manager I’ve met. Everytime we need a storage space again, we always come back to this location specifically even though they’re are like 3 others closer to me. And that’s because of Valerie. She genuinely cares about me and I’m sure all the other storage renters. She tries her best to make sure all operations go smooth with the units and I see her putting in work looking from outside in. We always have a good conversation everytime I come by and when I have concerns, she’s understanding and tries her best to see how to best help. I’ll never forget your name and face Valerie :) you deserve the best.

Sherea was fantastic and made the move in easy. Always available to help if I have questions

Alicia makes the experience seamless and easy. She helped assess my storage needs quickly despite my reluctance and lack of knowledge.

Dolores was great customer service!!

I had to call in today for customer service. Kimberly was exceptional. Over the years I’ve had to call in multiple times. No one has ever been as informed as Kimberly.

Very friendly service. Thank you!

Priscilla and Lauren are very helpful and kind when helping my mother with her storage unit.

Sonia was very helpful from day 1 . Very good service . Reasonable prices and I would highly recommend you to store here .

Mary worked long and hard to successfully resolve a very unusual technical issue. I really appreciate her persistence on seeing things through to the end. I've been with KO Storage since 2023 and have been very happy with the service and facilities.

Denise was awesome. She was efficient and helpful. Getting my Storage all set up.

Katelyn was the best ??
