I cannot recommend this Extra Space Storage location enough, and specifically, I want to give a massive shout-out to the manager, Ryan. We were in a tight spot needing a unit immediately for our business, and Ryan truly went above and beyond to make it happen. We hit a few unexpected technicalities and "hoops" during the process, but Ryan didn't just point at the policy—he stepped up to solve the problems. His level of support was the definition of world-class customer service. It’s the kind of care and attention you usually only hope for, but rarely actually receive. Well, after an unexpected surprise notice from our current storage, of impending closure, we were on the hunt for another location. We ended up choosing Rightspace. Pricing was a little more, however so was the storage space we chose. They offer inside climate control as well as non. We chose to go with the inside, because I know I don’t like sweating, so neither should our things! lol. Not to mention the majority of the items stored consists of Halloween props. Needless to say upon arrival, I was happy to see that they were secured. And had warning signs up (specifically loved the one about the snakes , so I won’t be feeding the wildlife!!!) Units are extremely nice and kept up, easy access to ours (thank you!). But, if you’re in need of storage, swing by and ask for Penny!!
