I'm not sure why I didn't do this review earlier,since we are now moving and closing our account. This has been the best storage unit we have ever used. David, the owner, was a life saver when we badly needed enough units to place all our items in after 20 plus years of "hoarding"(it took 4 units). David was very friendly and his units were about half the price of ANY in Austin. The property is fairly small, clean and easily accessible. I have had storage units at this location since 2022 and was a bit concerned when RightSpace was acquired by Public Storage as my experience with Public in other states has been less then optimal. I have been pleasantly surprised with the ease of the transition but am over the moon with the customer service I have received from Brian at this location. He helped us get moved into a smaller unit when we were only in town for two days and was responsive, polite and extremely proficient. I've been with public storage for quite sometime . I've Always had good customer service . But the BEST BY Far is a young man by the name of Harley. I went to my storage unit not to long ago to get some stuf .... and it was RIGHT when he was getting off the clock. He had Just finished with a client . After helping this individual, he then approached me and asked if everything was OK with me. I had told him that I was there to move from ONE unit to another . Harley did NOT avoid my presence and my need of help. That being said , he took nearly 2 hours of his time to help me move my things one floor down ! Something like this would've taken me about 5 hours to do, but thanks to Harley , my time was pretty much cut in half because of his generosity! Thank you Harley !!
