Extremely easy over the phone or online move In. I decided to get a storage unit and within let’s say 20 minutes I was ready to move in. Online was very easy. I ended up doing it over the phone just because of needing to do a 24 hour unit, but they are very reasonably priced and the staff isn’t constantly telling you what to do and that you need to leave they’re very Courteous and understand that you are storing things that mean something to you and they show that. The Eagle Storage Team went above and beyond to make a very difficult move from Alaska easier! I had a 26' shipping container with a tenative delivery date. The manager, Brian was very understanding and accommodating. He made arrangements to hold a parking space for the shipping trailer to be dropped off and parked for a few days, until it could be unloaded and picked up by the shipping company. He also reserved the two closest 10x10 units available to shorten the unloading distance for storage. Relocation - storage tenant for 6 months, finally settled in Olympia.
