She was able to get my storage unit set up during the initial call with access the same day. Excellent service! 04/01/2026 Update: Wanted to update that since the time when I initially got my storage unit, they have continued their great service -- specifically on two occasions. The first time time was when I accidentally left my unit unlocked, and they called to let me know. The second time was when I lost a key ring that also had my storage unit key on it -- they helped me get a new lock and key and had me back in my unit the same day. After spending nearly 300 dollars a month for a storage unit due to the fact I was ignorant to the prices of a storage unit,I decided to investigate other prices. After dropping my phone due to the extremely low prices of this place I decided to go look at the units. I was so impressed with clean and dry units I immediately rented one of the larger ones. The units are always clean and dry. And the employees are definitely professional and extremely knowledgeable about the automotive business. I sent a friend there for a battery for his truck and he spent 2 hours at a local parts store in town. He was in and out here in 15 minutes.
