Secure facility, great price. The only thing I don't like is they only accept cash or check. Electronic payments would be so much easier. But my bank can send a monthly physical check at no cost to me so it's not that big a deal. ... Read more

Owners weren’t really nice to me. Actually they were a bit, dare I say, rude! I’m not a Karen or anything, but I like to be treated right. Anyways, the storage is pretty good here. Can’t complain there. The prices are also pretty darn fair if you ask me. Not too much and not too little to the point where you feel like you’re getting a cheap product. They’re storage units for gods sake. You take what you can get. Anyways, I’d recommend this place despite the way the owners are. Lol. ... Read more

Pretty rude owners. If you're loading your 26 foot trailer and they want to go by in their little golf cart, a whiny little voice says, you have to move. I was like FU!!!!! Then they just go over to a different aisle to go around. Don't be in there at 6:02 pm because they'll lock you in ... Read more

Staff is nice, polite, professional. Storage facilities are clean. The units are detached from each other for some reason I like that! And the rates are reasonable for the sq. Footage you get. BUT... The reason I did not give 5 stars (which is very difficult to attain in my world so 4 stars IS EXCELLENT!) #1. No Bathroom #2. Not climate controlled #3. No electricity & #4. They CLOSE @ 6 pm! Those are all very difficult for Me to accept as the norm. Otherwise a nice storage ... Read more

HORRIBLE:: customer service is nonexistent and the only option to setup autopay is Bill pay through your bank. Luckily for them my autopay was set for the 24th of each month and my due date is the 11th nice way to make a little extra with recurring late fees. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Edd-s Mini Storage - 17369 Sierra Hwy has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
