This place over charges and has ridiculous hours. And I write this as I am locked inside here with my 9 yr old daughter, because I wasn’t finished by 9pm. They will wreck your credit! I am STILL disputing a charge after canceling my space months in advance back in 2019 and paying for it in full even after I sold my RV. The employees are incredibly rude and there’s no way to leave messages when they’re away from the desk. We got locked in just after 9:30 one evening (yes, they’ll lock you in!). There’s no one to call or email—they will not respond. Had to call 911 to let us out, which took over an hour. When I tried to let them know I didn’t need my space anymore, I could not get confirmation. No one cares about you or your belongings here. ... Read more

Great front office crew; they know their customers when they walk in. Good security. Outdoor spaces available and parking for recreational vehicles and boats. There are also indoor, temperature controlled spaces in various sizes. Easy access from the 210 at Sand Canyon, on a cul-de-sac just for them. Packing supplies are available in the office;they also carry locks. Advice is free. Been using them for decades. ... Read more

Before you think about coming here -- CHECK THEIR YELP -- Also, VALENCIA TRAVEL VILLAGE has a brand new massive parking lot, cheaper than this dump, and they won't try to scam you out of your hard earned money. These "people" (I use that word loosely) are just horrible. I have been here since May, the gate has malfunctioned several times, locking me in for at least 30 minutes, all the way up to an hour once. Their "emergency" line isn't real, it just dumps to a silent voicemail box that is probably just an answering machine floating out in space, or it might as well be. First off, I have no faith in their measuring system -- I don't believe my space is 50 feet, I have a 24 foot camper and a 24 foot boat, and I still needed 3 more feet to fit in, every RV around me (I have pictures) also needed 2-3 feet of space in the rear. Since it's just desert, EVERYONE is backed up a little further back. Mind you -- NOWHERE in the lease does it say anything about having overhang in the rear, it just says "PLEASE stay within side lines to remain courteous to your neighbor". They called me on the 1st, with a HUGE attitude about it, I said "No problem, i'll take care of it. Then I said -- there seems to be a space issue, and everyone else is parked back, so are we sure I have 50 feet?" The lady went irate. I asked her very nicely "Well, if it's just a matter of a few feet, how much would you charge me for the space?" She said she'd call the owner and find out. I get a call a few minutes later... $100 for 3 feet. I'm only paying $165 for 50 feet, something doesnt make sense. I reply with a chuckle "I think your math is off, absolutely not, no way, i'll just move my boat somewhere else" She hangs up on me. Three days later, I get a call from them, telling me my credit card didn't go through, I told them my AMEX was stolen and i'd go online and take care of it right away. When I logged in, they raised my rent from $165 to $265. Zero written notice. (State law requires 60 day written notice before any increases above 10%). She literally screams at me, talks over me, rambles, yells in Spanish" I told her I am moving the boat, it's no problem at all, I found another space -- She yells and demanded that I pay. I told her everyone else parks further back and there is nothing in my lease saying I cannot have overhang IN THE DESERT! She tells me "its not up to you to look at other peoples spots that's their business, not yours.". Apparently they overvalue the useless wastelands of outer Sand Canyon.. so I told her, if it's really that important to try to belittle me over the situation, i'm going to take to the internet, leave reviews of my experience and vacate. She said "That would be great, thank you!" and hung up. Not only does it say NOTHING in my lease about parking beyond the rear, I took pictures of EVERY ONE else who did. They broke the law. They broke our contract. All because of what? A bad attitude? Terrible skills when it comes to human interaction? If you're reading this, stay FAR away. These people are just miserable, and should find another job. Preferably nothing where they have to see, hear, or god forbid interact with another human being. Completely unreasonable. Unfair. Watch out! I was perfect tenant, checked out, paid the final bill, cleaned and swept out the unit before due date, then 6 days later they called and said that I left a lock on the back door. I never put a lock on the back door! They then proceeded to charge me for the whole month, plus a late fee, even though I'd given 10 day notice. No one could work with me because the computer said so. Bottom line, they bilked me. Other places in town are cheaper and better. ... Read more
