Kathleen the person that works here is absolutely disrespectful. Kathleen had made an order on Instacart where I work to be delivered to the office. Kathleen never messaged me or told me to never come in the gate to deliver her items all she said was to park on the left-hand side of the gate, which that is on the outside and the inside so when I pulled up to deliver the items to her, there was a truck in front of me that pulled in and I just came in behind him and parked on the left-hand side where I thought she wanted me to park. I got out of my vehicle and went into the office to give her her groceries and she was 100% completely disrespectful to me for no reason she said I did not follow directions and that I should have never came in the gate and gave me such an attitude for just a misunderstanding, and said that she would report me for coming in the gate. I’m writing this review because Kathleen that they have working here is 100% disrespectful to customers because little did she know I live in discovery Bay and my father has his boat at this location and I have came in several times so to talk to somebody like this is absolutely ridiculous. Please find a new person employee besides this KAREN. IF SHE SAID “DO NOT COME IN GATE” I would have never went in but clearly she didn’t and then yelling at me like I’m a child is crazy. ... Customer for about 4 years. They recently raised our unit’s price by about 30%. We moved out of state and gave our new info, but notices about the rent increase were sent to our old address so we were caught off guard by the drastic price jump. When we spoke on the phone to ask about the increase we were bluntly told we had been notified. We were also told that we wouldn’t find anything better. Definitely surprised the new owners wouldn’t want to work with customers who had diligently paid for the last 4 years. Needless to say we will be removing our stuff. I don’t appreciate being spoken to that way. ... Read more
