Clean and safe. The price is too high and the customer service could use some improvement. We have been using them for over a year now and I go there at least twice a month if not more. Long gate hours (if I recall correctly, 7am to 9pm 365 days a year)! Cleanest, most secure, and least vermin of any storage facility in Sonoma County for a reasonable price! Every unit is individually alarmed. Every unit has a roll-up door, and they have their own cylinder lock installed in the door; you don't need to supply your own lock. I'm renting a 10x5 (although it's more like 10x4.5 but that's okay. The 10 foot wall is the door which makes it super easy to get furniture in and out. ... Read more
