So I made my reservation for my initial unit online, but there was this whole thing because we had a problem with who’s name it was under and one person said hey it’s not a big deal but then it was because I couldn’t access it. ANYWAYS so I came to the office and was like “hey” and then rodney( the guy at the desk) was like “hey” and I was like this is the dealio how do I fix it and then, we problem solved and I got a refund on the unit I got before and then Rodney helped set up a new account and get a new unit. It would’ve been a much quicker process because obviously Rodney is the best storage space employee I know, but I was chitchatting and Rodney was very nice to listen to me ramble and let me ask him random questions. This storage place is by far the best one I’ve ever used. I have had a slew of unexpected life happenings that have had me to the point where I almost lost my things. This was my first time temporarily needing a storage space and the staff here were all friendly, efficient and helpful, starting with Donovan, at the call center.
Angie in the on-site office was especially wonderful. She made an outreach call to confirm my reservation and kindly and patiently helped me orient to the space, keypad, etc on my initial visit.
The storage space itself was very clean and the room to park and available carts made it easy to move items in and out.
My opinion is that the quality of the staff and cleanliness of the space were well worth the price.
