I would like to state that this place blows and does not prioritize doing business in person or transparently. Like genuinely do not rent here. However the man at the front desk is doing his darnedest and I doubt he’s getting paid enough to be as kind and problem solving as he was. This review is for him not for renting here, just don’t do it. ... Read more

Very nice, clean facility. For myself, I like that it’s a bit out of the way. Customer service, Carmen, has always been very helpful whenever I had a concern or needed to make a change. Yes, I recommend this facility. ... Read more

Carmen was great so helpful and patient could not have asked for better service. My situation was a bit tricky but we got right thru it. Keep in mind no cash accepted. But thats .not a problem these days. They use only their locks but only 20 bucks with 3 keys. Regular pad locks don't fit their secure roll up doors. ... Read more

This is my second time renting a unit at this facility. It had been a very good experience the first time around and a huge part of it is because of the friendly staff they have. A big Shout out to Carmen who has been consistent in her service and always with a smile on her face. She reaches out to the customers personally in case of emergency and she makes sure that everyone has a pleasant experience. I feel secure storing my belongings at this facility seeing the efforts and efficiency of the staff in trying their best to give us peace at mind and security of knowing that we can trust them in every way. Thank you ... Read more
