I really need a storage like ASAP, I literally went to Public Storage and no one was there. I called the number and no one picked up, I waited for like 30 minutes until someone came. Place really stuck bad and then the employee that helped me told me about the break-in. I did not feel safe there. I still gave it a chance and went to look at the possible units and they were so dirty so I just got out of the super fast. I went to ExtraSpace storage, Initially was aiming to run out of space in Claremont, but ended up in this location upland. Literally, wow night and day difference. I called three times and each time I employee picked up almost immediately. They help complete the process of getting my storage unit over within five minutes. They were so friendly and the place was sooo clean. I kept my expectations low for the actual unit since I was disappointed at the other place but WOW !!! It was oooo clean !!! Looked sooo safe !! I recently had a great experience at Extra Space Storage located at 1675 W. 11th St, Upland, CA 91786. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely professional and welcoming.
The store representatives, Tiffany and Jessica Hall, along with in-store manager Grant, went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and helped me find a storage unit that fit those needs perfectly.
The tour of the facility was smooth and informative. The property itself was very clean, well-maintained, and organized, which gave me confidence that my belongings would be stored in a safe and secure environment. The team was patient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all my questions.
Another great part of the experience was the excellent pricing. Their rates were very competitive, and the staff clearly explained all the options so I could choose what worked best for me.
Overall, the customer service was outstanding. Tiffany, Jessica, and Grant truly made the experience pleasant and easy from start to finish.

Found this Extra Space Storage online on Sunday and was able to reserve a unit with no deposit, just a simple hold. On Monday we spoke with Grant, who was pleasant and not pushy at all. Overall I've had a great experience renting space at Upland facility on 11th. Ave. I just spoke with Brianna, and employee of Extra Space Rentals. She was kind and very pleasant to talk to. Her professionalism is such high quality, that the reason for my call was handled quickly and expeditiously. I thought a small issue arose which lead me to make the phone call. After speaking with Brianna, the issue wasn't an issue at all. I am glad that I found a storage facility that was close to home and clean and tidy as well.
