Signed up and paid deposits. Received an "How was your move out" email. Called in to see what was going on. They said they "moved us out" because we didn't answer their calls or emails. Attached are our call log with their number, which only shows the call I made them today. The emails were welcome emails, auto pay set up email and move out emails. And was told everything paid was non refundable. Unprofessional is an understatement. A scam is more accurate. ... Read more

Clean storage. Nice push carts to move your belongings. 2 nice big elevators. The doors need to stay open just a bit longer to allow for entry, they kept closing before I could get on. Other than that minor compliant, over all nice facilities. I always had a great experience with the staff as well. ... Read more

Very happy with our experience renting a unit so far. Temperature control was a big selling point and it's always been an acceptable temperature when we've been there. Facility overall is very clean. There are several carts. In my many visits I've never run into a time where there isn't a cart available for use. The only less than great thing I could say is that the elevator doors automatically close a little too quickly, but that is only a very minor inconvenience. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
