Storage units in Fort Lupton, CO, and nearby areas

Tiffany is awesome, very helpful and courteous. A very pleasant person to be around,

Excellent place to store your things not the cheapest in town but very reasonable and it is a very clean spot very well taken care of and the manager is a hard worker keeps the place opening she is very attentive to the property I think it is a wonderful place to store and I give it a five star because they deserve it

Staff was very nice and friendly , process was quick and easy, facility was nice and clean! And loved the fact I was able to turn in my U-haul rental after unpacking it! So happy!.

High quality units with professional and friendly service. What more can you ask for? (If you ask nicely, they might even play you a guitar ballad.)

I was renting spot E 35 in the North lot and I got my car out of storage to use and when I turned on the car it immediately threw an error code. I called the dealer to take it in and before I took it in for service they told me to try disconnecting the battery to see if it would reset the error. I opened the hood and there was a live rabbit that had eaten the wiring. So far it is costing me $1020.00. To me this is a lot of money as I am a 70 year old, single woman and on a fixed income. The only place the car had been was your lot. I’m sure it would be difficult for you to control but that should not have happened and therefore I must cancel my storage spot due to vehicle. As the business owner you must assume some liability and responsibility. UPDATE: owner personally called me and offered to partially compensate me and refund my storage fees, which shows that they did assume some of the liability and responsibility. I appreciate them “making it right”. One of the reasons I chose RSS, is their promptness. Their efficiency is providing me with a storage solution that was available immediately to their promptness in resolving a problem. Way to go RSS! There are still good and honest business owners out there.

It’s been a great place to keep my trailer and I’ve never had any issues in the 10 years. I’ve been there.

I love this place! Out of all the units I have ever rented, this place is the one I recommend to anyone. They are friendly, then to answer your questions, and try to help in anyway they can. The Brighton office is the bomb!!!!

This storage facility has the best customer service than any other one. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them. If you have any need for storage use this place, they are the BEST!!!

Very helpful and informative. A good price for storage.
