Read some helpful reviews of 10 Federal Storage, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Worst experience, you get the il illusion of a simple process of doing everything online. They send you a code for the gate and for your locker, but they're saying you a five digit code 4 digit padlock. You call and you get an AI voice. That sounds nice.If it doesn't get at you anywhere, they keep sending you that five digit code, and if you have people to help you unload and move all your stuff at a specific time. It's very frustrating that you can't even get onto the property. And if this happens once, how often will it happen when someone changes the code? And you need to get your stuff. And you can't get on-site again. Very frustrating. So tomorrow I'll call and hopefully I'll get to speak to a person and explain to them. A 5 digit code does not work on a 4 digit padlock, and I will cancel. I never used these company again ... Read more

We moved into a unit when Hill and Homes owned the location. The rates were very competitive and affordable. After 10 Federal bought it out, rates have skyrocketed. We managed to negotiate a slightly better rate at one point. 2 months later they are jacking the rent by $120 or 60%. Overall in the less than 2 years we've been in the unit, they have raised the rent by $174 or 120%. These price hikes are beyond ridiculous and getting damn near the same price to a small office space. Moving out a storage unit is not what we want to do in the middle of winter, but here we are I guess. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE COMPANY ... Read more
