Storage units in Palisade, CO, and nearby areas

This has been a wonderful place. I have had it for over 10 years. You have been just incredible. That's why, I don't want to move anywhere else. One, I live out here in palisade. It's very convenient for me because it's so close. But at the same time, you have always just been good. Thank you

A STORAGE PLACE IS THE FIRST OUTFIT I CONCIDER FOR MY STORAGE NEEDS. THIS LOCATION IN PARTICULAR IMPRESSED ME FOR MORE THAN A FEW REASONS WONDERFUL, HONEST, AND PROFESSIONAL ONSITE STAFF AND MANGEMENT WHO ARE REALY THERE TO HELP. (TERESA AND CJay) THE TWO SETS OF BUILDINGS ARE VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN FACILITIES WITH MODERN DOORS. THEY HAVE LOTS OF UNITS IN HALLWAYS OUT OF THE SNOW, RAIN, OR SUN. HUGE! AND SMALL DRIVE-UP UNITS WITH EASY ACCESS IN THE SPACIOUS PARKING LOTS. THIS SITE SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN DESIGNED AND BUILT TO BE PRACTICAL AND CONVIENENT FOR TENANTS TO USE, RATHER THAN CRAMMING AS MANY UNITS AS POSSIBLE ON THE SITES. BOTH SITES AT THIS LOCATION ARE GATED AND MONITORED WITH GATE CODES AND CAMERAS AND THAT GIVES ME PIECE OF MIND. YOU CAN SEE THEM ONSCREEN RIGHT IN THE OFFICE. THANKS FOR THE FREE BOTTLES OF WATER TOO.

We used the space for about 1 year. The transfer from one owner to the next was pleasant. We never had an issue, but anytime I called with questions, they were quick to answer and they were able to give me the information I was looking for whether it be about the unit or billing. Thank you for keeping the area clean and the new paint is refreshing and clean too! I'd recommend the property at 29 rd in GJ to anyone needing a storage unit. ??

The Clifton office with Morgan has been amazing he is so there for his clients and I have with the storage unit for 4 years and if I ever need storage again I will go back to them thank you so much

Great move in rate offer, and good secure door locks, but you must be able back up your trailer or large truck, because the drive thru isn’t possible with these vehicles

The whole process was super easy and fast. Even moving out was easy. Definitely would use again in the future.

Allison is the manager at this facility, this lady is amazing, she answers her phone she communicates, and while there working on the unit she checked on us brought us water & even a popsicle (103°). This young lady knows the true meaning of Customer Service. I woukd ?? recommend doing business with this business

I had forgotten to pay my storage fees due to my aunt passing and I called to pay so I could get into it and they were so understanding they removed my late fee and unlocked it immediately. Thanks 10 Federal!!!

Quick and easy set-up! Instructions were clear and details on each storage unit were helpful in choosing the right one for my needs.

Super simple and easy for my girlfriend Madalen to get a unit and when we had issues with the code at the gate, the customer service fixed that issue with impeccable timing. Happy customer here!!
