    Revised Review 5 Star to 0 Star: In the beginning Zoey was wonderful, explained everything well & seemed informative. I quickly learned information was inaccurate & it took months to correct my account. What I thought was going to be a good experience during a difficult time in my life, turned out to be the WORST. There are too many issues with the management of this company to begin to tell you. Managers are responsible for more than 1 site, so they’re not there a lot. It’s evident there’s a lack of support for on-site Management from above. People are living in units. Bags of trash & Cars are outside those units all the time. Trash was constantly littered throughout the site. AND on-site Managers cannot do anything about it. You have NO sense of safety while there or security for your things when you’re not. Even Managers keep the office door locked. Sure there’s a gate BUT there’s a walk-thru door/gate right next to it! ANYONE CAN GET INSIDE AT ANY TIME. For those reasons & many more I moved out ASAP & into a nearby facility that has Lower rates for up to 6-months. It’s Clean & Management is always there to help make life a little easier for you.     I feel like I shouldn’t be giving 5 stars, but there’s really no reason not to. Price is definitely very high, but it’s on track with any other place around. When I finally got a garage and no longer needed the unit terminating the lease was very easy, just a phone call a few days before next payment was due. That’s a big bonus no contracts. ... Read more
